Desert Dweller: I agree. As I think about it, Nokia's claim that IDCC lied about the impact on third parties must be bogus. I can't believe we would misrepresent something that could be so easily refuted. In the press release announcing the settlement, we clearly stated that it would have an impact on Nokia and Samsung. So what sense would it make for us to deny that fact to the judge in the settlement discusssions.
