There may have been 2 contracts that were affected by the sealing and how many other infringers did it impact. The judge knew full well that the vacating could have an impact on other parties that are not licensed. What IDCC stated was the full truth although maybe not full disclosure. I don't think what IDCC was wrong, but I am on IDCC's side.
