#58052 RE: FirstPink #58050

Here's the problem with your scenario, there was too much volume for the pps to stay basically flat for 3 month despite large number of t trades. Someone had to be accumulating an enormous number of shares and this can't be explained through longs. If that were the case then volume would not drop off like a rock suddenly. Longs would just keep on buying today as any other day. No, there had to be a prearranged buyer along with that seller all these weeks inorder for this to be relatively stable as it has been.

Having said this, why does it matter? Let's say ECT has been selling to finance operations or pay a debt (though, for the record I think this is not the most likely explanation). The AS is still very low and manageable. Pink sheet companies go public to raise money to build the business not just for us to all make a quick buck. No one claims that Huppe' or anyone at ECT is getting rich selling shares and living on a boat in the Bahama's or the Caymans. There is a mountain of proof that they are genuinely working on this product.

Which brings to me to the most important thing to me, which is the product. Many people have contacted Shaw and have confirmed that Shaw is in talks with ECT. Shaw even put this on their website. Would Shaw even take Huppe's phone calls let alone put an loi with him on their website if they did not think this product had value? If Cram works it really is the Holy Grail for drowsiness detection. This value is why I am investing.

Are you saying the PPS has been in a downward spiral?
Seems to me this has been trading sideways between 1 and 3 cents for the last 12 weeks..say since about 10/29/2008.;)

This data copied from i-hub so it may have a few imperfections...lol
