Capacity of Coos Loop = 100 MW. Laidlaw = 65 MW. Clean Power = 27 MW. Granite Reliable Power (Noble) = 99 MW (Variable).

No 1 on line GRP = 99 MW (variable source)
No 2 on line CPD = 27 MW (variable output balanced with Noble)
Total = 126 MW

Only room for one new generator in Berlin. It will be either LLEG or CPD until lines are upgraded (earliest 2014)

Veritas, I'm not going to get into an arguement with you over something that is common knowledge. One of the Berlin projects, LLEG or CPD will succeed and one will fail. There is no room in Berlin for both. Its going to be a very interesting year. Right now it is Clean Power with the advantage but I think it's going to end up a photo finish.
