Please provide the message board with one statement by Laidlaw's management that the Laidlaw-Berlin project is contingent on CP going away... That simply is not true...
In addition, the new administration in Berlin has had well over one year to open a friendly and open dialogue with Laidlaw and has apparently made no such effort... I believe that communities are supposed to welcome new neighbors and not the other way around... And Laidlaw is now your new neighbor...
