Obviously, institutional investors would not have funded the property purchase agreement for the Laidlaw-Berlin project unless they (both the investors and the Company) were confident this issue would be resolved...

Nor would PSNH be partnering with Laidlaw unless PSNH was also confident the issue would be resolved...

Mark this post. Lines will be updated alot sooner than you think. My bet is on Laidlaw to win this battle. Sorry Green Laidlaw is in Berlin to stay. This one is for Spencerforhire and Green1957 and all the towns people in Berlin: If you can't beat them then join them. By stock in Laidlaw you will make a fortune and be able to move out of Berlin to a much prettier place like Conneticut. JMHO.

Green you forgot the road required to be built for CP for which the city is requesting FEDERAL stimulus dollars (not approved).
