I just spent the last 5 hours fixing computers at my office [not iHub] that had spyware, adware, viruses out the yinyang.

How did they get there?

Porn.

People, if you view porn on the internet, wear protection. One of these sites the jackass went to on Monday night completely corrupted a XP Pro machine. It wouldn't even boot this afternoon, not even a DOS prompt. Two others, just had popups and a gazillion different programs running on it...and of course plenty of trojans.

Still don't know who did it [too many employees and computers are fairly open-access], but it pissed me off enough to play games to find out who does it next time.

I haven't gotten any spyware/adware in a long time on the computers I use. This is some bad, bad chit. Annoying, too.
