OT - I had a pretty bad case of tennis elbow(from tennis) two years ago. I tried various remedies ...acupuncture, 3 week rests, very deep tissue massage.
all seemed to help a little but would not cure it...I finally cured it with 3 months of complete rests. No tennis at all and very little lifting of even a glass of juice for 90 days. It worked. Have to watch around the house activities....Snow shoveling, digging, screw driver ..etc can irritate tennis elbow
