Hey, anon, nice cycle work! BTW, I was impressed by your pictures showing you playing tennis. I'm no expert, but your technique looked flawless! I can see why you teach.

My ribs are feeling pretty healed now after a little more than 6-weeks. As I get further into geezerhood I find stuff like this takes more time to heal.

Next up is a cortisone shot for, you won't believe this, Tennis Elbow! (no, I didn't get it from Tennis, but I wish I did). I hope my doc will accept my diagnosis and just shoot me up. I don't need to waste time with tests.
