I didn't say that nor did I imply that. Surely there is something
of benefit to being first to market. Of course getting to market has
all kinds of obstacles including design issues, production issues,
marketing issues, and the all important legal issues if you happen to
infringe on someone else's IP.
Oh, thanks for acknowledging that. Learned something. Why would any company ever produce anything then. Looks to me like EFFC has already achieved much of your barriers and is just about to reach a milestone. Pretty impressive for company in business for just over a year.

Stand corrected why not answer the question. If shells could be made so easily why automatically assume the worst by saying it was a computer drawing? While you are at it, why not explain why you are always (always) take a negative spin on every news from EFFC. Should I remind you of all the positive news from this past summer? I have yet to hear even a begrudging acknowledgement of the veracity of the report never mind all their implications.
The LOI is for a resale agreement not any firm contracts, meaning it
is up to Shaw to sell the 'product' or 'service' and ECT will receive
something from each sale (if and/or when they occur).

Now how about providing any good news about biocog's business and technological development other than harrassing EFFC with legal technicalities? I will tell you what. I will be happy with their just updating their useless, out of date web site. Remind them that there are lots of starving internet developer that even they can afford.
