they had some help since they did not develop the first model that they are
reportedly basing their other models on. Oh, and Mr. Huppe reported on his
web site that they have been developing the technology for more than 6 years.

why not explain why you are always (always) take a negative spin on every news from EFFC.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that every time a PR is issued,
there is either no way to accurately verify the information, the information
can be disproven, or the PR has so much spin in it that it does not portray
an accurate representation of the actual situation.
Now how about providing any good news about biocog's business and technological development other than harrassing (sic) EFFC with legal technicalities?
Well, I suggest you or others make the necessary phone calls, visits or whatever
is needed to ascertain that information. Others have done due diligence. It
should be simple, in fact they are in the same city as ECT. Why not schedule
a visit next time you visit ECT? As far as harassment, if true, one would
think charges would be filed, no?
I will be happy with their just updating their useless, out of date web site. Remind them that there are lots of starving internet developer (sic) that even they can afford.
Being a private company means not having to use a web site to convince people
to buy stock in the company. The web site is updated as appropriate. If
you have suggestions I'm sure they will respond in an appropriate manner.
