Being first to make a workable product is then worth nothing?

I didn't say that nor did I imply that. Surely there is something
of benefit to being first to market. Of course getting to market has
all kinds of obstacles including design issues, production issues,
marketing issues, and the all important legal issues if you happen to
infringe on someone else's IP.

If prototypes were so easily made

Probably just missed the wording...physical shell of a product...prototype enclosures...

We had an interesting LOI with target date of end of this year for possible completion of a huge contract with a large company.

Actually from the PR...

...it has entered into a letter of intent with Shaw Tracking with respect to the negotiation of a proposed Re-sale agreement / partnership in relation to the CRAM(TM).

The LOI is for a resale agreement not any firm contracts, meaning it
is up to Shaw to sell the 'product' or 'service' and ECT will receive
something from each sale (if and/or when they occur).

that Obama may suspend all auto manufacturing

Is that one of the excuses that is being prepared now?

Regards.

Out the LAN card, down the cable, through the router,
out the gateway, to the ISP...nothin' but net!
