Actually my opinion is based on the fact that stock promotion is a commercial business, using this and many other message board forums to do business in.
I know of many places, say a gym for example that allow you access on a dialy basis or you can purxhase a membership.
The membership route is always cheaper.
How about prepaid cell phone service? Sure it's an option but a costly one for those who want to do it.
What I proposed was making the pay as you go option more expensive than a yearly membership which is inline with every other service provider I know of who has a pay as you go option.
It is always more expensive. And it should be. I simply stated that the option for a promoter to purchase a yearly subscrition at a discount to the month to month rate should be an option.
I am also a believer that a stock promoter, by posting on IHUB when not on contract could be utilizing those posts and relationships wiht other posters to enhance his promotional services.
In other words, by posting on IHUB when not under contract, could you reach people who could be swayed by your future promotions? I think the answer is yes. Therefore it can be safely assumed that all posts could have an effect on future promotions simply by name recognition or posting history.
One could spend 2 weeks not under contract posting on dozens of boards greasing the wheels for the next promotion.
And I do feel as if promoters gather a following and that following is not always gathered under times of contract.
