appreciate sticking to the topic, having an option to save money over the current rate by buying bulk and saving forsaking the possibility of lapses is a fair notion. I still believe that a pay as you go option should be priced fairly enough for those who cannot afford the big bag deal. if someone has the jack to fork out for a yrly sub and is confident enough they will have no lapses that is their option as well.
But there in my opinion still should exist a pay as you go option maybe tack on an extra 25 cents to the 3 buck a day rate to keep it sane, sure.
but to be "assuming" and supposing off contract time is to be crediting the user by building a network is a trivial and assumed sccenario.
firstly if that user is doing as you say they very likely are actively pursuing new work and if so likely will be paying again soon enough as they get new work.
That does not help the little guys, who would at that point not be in a position to pay constantly.
gathering followings happens for everyone and just becasue a promoter gathers a following does not necessarily mean the followers will jump into the play
well known fact that many who choose to avoid promo plays mark promoters for the purpose of tracking their plays as well.
That's getting away from the need to disclose and the need for such a program and trying to push the irp program as an advertising media

Besides I have spoken with almost every known promoter on ihub guy...most of us pursue our clients ourselves through our networks off ihub, generally they dont come here looking for us, ask around, you will find this is the case
