NSS position itself is not value. The corp needs some value to make that share value move the price when its identified as being negative. (He would need to show the assets and show how he lost the assets while the NSS folks drove the price down on the stock)

For anyone short in this why not just ignore it till it delists and fades away? With 0 assets and 0 business NSS doesn't really add much more.

Hopefully they get the NSS market-wide fixed.

1st - That's speculation.

2nd - If it was fact, then that would have been a pretty good time for Rufus to name a defendent and open a case against them.

3rd - Who cares at this point because Rufus isn't going to do anything anyway? It was a smoke screen ploy ONLY.

Lastly - With all the DD on CSHD, no one's been able to prove an NSS position ever existed with this. Unless you took Rufus's word that the float was locked up somewhere no one could see. LOL!
