1st - That's speculation. My speculation is as good as yours. What I find offensive is some here not even respecting my views and dismissing those views out of hand, and quite often, very rudely.
2nd - If it was fact, then that would have been a pretty good time for Rufus to name a defendent and open a case against them.
How do you even identify such a defendant? Especially if it is an institution or group of them. How would one even begin to do that when they themselves are under attack?.
3rd - Who cares at this point because Rufus isn't going to do anything anyway? It was a smoke screen ploy ONLY.

Lastly - With all the DD on CSHD, no one's been able to prove an NSS position ever existed with this. Unless you took Rufus's word that the float was locked up somewhere no one could see. LOL! The DTCC is the only entity with the information required to determine that. They are privately owned by a dozen or so banks, and are not inclined to become transparent for our benefit thus exposing the totally corrupt nature of their cash cow. Many have tried and failed to expose them. Common sense dictates that NSS of CSHD in Sept and Oct '06 must AT LEAST BE CONSIDERED as a possibility given the volume....just as the 'flippers delight' theory must also be considered. It is the outright dismissal of NSS possibility, without ANY supporting evidence to the contrary, that I get riled up, and wonder who some of these naysayers are protecting.
