1st - That's speculation.

2nd - If it was fact, then that would have been a pretty good time for Rufus to name a defendent and open a case against them.

3rd - Who cares at this point because Rufus isn't going to do anything anyway? It was a smoke screen ploy ONLY.

Lastly - With all the DD on CSHD, no one's been able to prove an NSS position ever existed with this. Unless you took Rufus's word that the float was locked up somewhere no one could see. LOL!
