....and this is where my confidence in HCPC begins to crumble - however, I'll not get too upset until there is a PR :). Not like I have much invested anyway. If this is true, maybe I'll check my portfolio again in a year :)

okay what were you told about the 672m funding? that is what i really care about? i spoke with people on the phone also!(imo/fwiw)p.s. never heard about the 16b a/s change..should not need that $(all my opinions)

this thing is going deeeeeeeeep...........how do they propose getting out of that big of a hole now? the only option i see is a RS....buy back would be way too much IMO.

Well, they promised no r/s. So just add shares to achieve the same affect and not look like you are lying. Appears they are trying to hold on by the skin of there teeth.

Milo, if it's true the company just increased the A/S to 16 billion, the only reason they would do that is to sell more stock. There's no other reason to increase the A/S.

Again, if it's true, the company will just continue to string everybody along, with just enough news to keep people waiting and hoping.

As some folks have asked about a buy back, if the company intended to do a buy back, they would not be increasing the A/S. It's just another red flag to me that they are just selling stock and just about nothing else.

I'm sure there will be folks here who will try to justify the increase somehow. It always happens this way.

Milo,

Can you offer more information regarding who you spoke with, phone #, etc.. to get this information?

I made the call to the Florida Division of Corporations at (850)245-6052 and got squat. Spoke with a nice gentleman, Jason, and he said that the amendment goes to imaging after it's filed. No one has access to the informatiomn until it gets back from imaging which takes 7 - 10 days from the date of filing.

Not doubting you, just doing my own DD.
