Milo, if it's true the company just increased the A/S to 16 billion, the only reason they would do that is to sell more stock. There's no other reason to increase the A/S.

Again, if it's true, the company will just continue to string everybody along, with just enough news to keep people waiting and hoping.

As some folks have asked about a buy back, if the company intended to do a buy back, they would not be increasing the A/S. It's just another red flag to me that they are just selling stock and just about nothing else.

I'm sure there will be folks here who will try to justify the increase somehow. It always happens this way.
