Can you offer more information regarding who you spoke with, phone #, etc.. to get this information?

I made the call to the Florida Division of Corporations at [phone] and got squat. Spoke with a nice gentleman, Jason, and he said that the amendment goes to imaging after it's filed. No one has access to the informatiomn until it gets back from imaging which takes 7 - 10 days from the date of filing.

Not doubting you, just doing my own DD.
