Mide - are you really saying this is good news that we are in another lawsuit for non-payment? You seem to be sitting not on the fence, but firmly on each side...which is great for online banter, but not realistic in the investment world.

Do you know we are cash strapped? How are we still making payroll yet not paying our vendors? Not exactly setting ourselves up to have new vendors line up at our doorstep once the veil of the SEC is lifted...

mide, this is fascinating...

"Coasti..great news! Thanks. This means GTEM actually DID ship the Sanswire airship and all its assets to Germany as announced..

Of course this means it was Great News the Russian deal was cancelled... because of course it meant there really was a "deal".

And of course this means it was Great News Centerline was shutdown, as it proved Centerline actually existed at one point.

Don't forget about being thrown off the AMEX, Great News it meant they were actually on the AMEX at one point.

That deal with NASA, Great News it was cancelled! We now know there really was an agreement to begin with.

That German network... you get the idea...

etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc...

Thanks for pointing out what Great News it is they can't even pay shipping cost...

Some of us would have never seen it without you guidance!

Assuming the freight debt was for the airship. Globetel also shipped some radios down South and the suit is against the Wireless division.

As to explaining "the difference between, "the importance of funding and priority of paying recurring essential expenses vs. non-recurring one-time expenses when cash-strapped..."

Although not fully confirmed, the suit appears to be related to the HotZone shipments to Mexico and not the airship. Since many more HotZone shipments would be required for the Wireless Division to expand and be successful, one would hope that these shipments would be; "recurring," and an "essential expense."

As to the importance in funding such shipments, HotZone offers the only short-term hope of bringing in revenues to keep the company afloat and fund other projects. IMO, the inability or unwillingness to pay for these shipments either speaks of the seriousness of the company's cash-scrapped status, or the lack of seriousness of the company in pursuing their wireless initiatives.
