Mide - are you really saying this is good news that we are in another lawsuit for non-payment? You seem to be sitting not on the fence, but firmly on each side...which is great for online banter, but not realistic in the investment world.

Do you know we are cash strapped? How are we still making payroll yet not paying our vendors? Not exactly setting ourselves up to have new vendors line up at our doorstep once the veil of the SEC is lifted...
