Although not fully confirmed, the suit appears to be related to the HotZone shipments to Mexico and not the airship. Since many more HotZone shipments would be required for the Wireless Division to expand and be successful, one would hope that these shipments would be; "recurring," and an "essential expense."

As to the importance in funding such shipments, HotZone offers the only short-term hope of bringing in revenues to keep the company afloat and fund other projects. IMO, the inability or unwillingness to pay for these shipments either speaks of the seriousness of the company's cash-scrapped status, or the lack of seriousness of the company in pursuing their wireless initiatives.
