Unfortunately we got 4/5ths of the loaf complete via a money judgment. 2006 has not been determined even though the award stated the royalty rate, sales reporting dates and the terms of payment.
The $190 million figure includes the estimate for 2006 sales. The arbitration panel set the rate but since 2006 was not over when the panel ruled, the arbitration ruling of $134 million was for covered sales thru 12/31/05 and they set the rate for 2006. The confirmation hearing did not include 2006 and it appears that will be decided in the Sammy 3 arbitration. I hope this doesn't drag out like Rocky movies and we have don't have 6 sequels.

dmiller: The judgment only covers the period thru 2005. The award set royalty rates for 2006 sales, but I don't know what the process will be to collect for the 2006 sales.
