Question..At this point can IDCC File a motion for contempt, requiring Samsung to provide their covered 2006 sales as that was provided in the Court Validated Arbitral Award.? Those Samsung 2006 sales are already established by Independent Third Party Research Firms.TIA
Unfortunately we got 4/5ths of the loaf complete via a money judgment. 2006 has not been determined even though the award stated the royalty rate, sales reporting dates and the terms of payment.
