I was hoping that the judge would have taken the Samsung sales for 2006 and awarded a monetary judgment for the whole period. Perhaps IDDC will seek a monetary award for 2006 in accordance with the Samsung II award. Going through an arbitration for 2006 when it has already been decided is just a waste of time and money.

According to mschere we need an audit of 2006 sales and by contract we should be able achive that.
