Callie9, I don't think roger needs to go to that extreme to get his victims to do his bidding. All he has had to do in the past was to sell them on his great idea and give them diluted shares and/or position in the company. How about this, would it work?
"Hey, I've got these great plans which will bring the pps to a dollar in 6 months. If you buy half the shares, I can make you CEO. I got the price down to .0001 and nobody's buying them, so you can easily accumulate them before anyone knows what's happened. I know how to file the right forms and leak news to get people buying and get the stock price up. You can use that capital to develop the properties that we have, and you use it to add more assets to those we already have. Sure, some are in litigation, but you can easily settle those with the increased capital that comes from the increased stock price - and increase CBAY assets even further. That will increase CBAY value even more. You will be rich in 6 months. Don't worry about me; my family and I have enough shares to be rich after you have helped turn this company around."
