A question to both of you....

Can foreigners receive Wells Notices, or are only US citizens, residents and cos. subject to these?

I truly don't know the answer, but am assuming that foreigners like Kostro are beyond the jurrisdiction of the SEC, and that's why GTEM (the entity responsible for his actions in the US) got it instead.

I also fully recognize I am speculating here, and some will say I am spinning negative twist on GTEM, but please give it your best shot!

You're wrong again jfburk...

NO, I am not wrong, companies get notices that hold employees responsible for providing information. Globetel got the Wells Notice because of changes in management. This Wells Notice puts any company official on notice that it is their responsibility to provide a response.

Companies are responsible for what their employees do!

Companies cannot be responsibile because companies are an entity not an individual

That's why "GlobeTel" got the Wells Notice!

See above

"it will be the employees not the company that provides the action necessary to satisfy that Wells Notice."

You "really" believe this?????????????????????????????

Show me one company capable of responding. Companies are not people thus are not capable of providing information.

You really don't think the company is on the hook for the Wells Notice?

Unless you can show me how the company can respond you are all wet as usual, just distorting and diverting from reality.
