another example of a company being an entity and individuals are responsible is the fact that when financials are done and indivual from the company has to sign off that they are correct to the best of their ability (ie. CFO or other manager)....the company can't sign off on it because it is an entity....

oh yeah, and one of the only reason i have been sticking around ADGI, GTEL, GTEM has been the fact that there are some many bashers here....someone must be paying them to bash, therefore there must be more here than meets the eye.

Wellllllllllllllllllllllll, then the question is . . . when the SEC gets to the point in there investigation where they levy "fines" for wrong doing against company AYZ who is responsible for such fines -- individuals or the company?????
