I'm glad your lawyer friends are not my attorneys representing me for anything, or giving me advise. Can't you see in plain english, it says that it was Robinson Prop. Management who was dismissed and also Michael Robinson. Read the case activity and also the minutes.Cal - Bay has not been dismissed yet.

lets: Wouldn't surprise me to see the same kind of judgment come back for other cases as well.... a lot can be accomplished when a knowledgeable and serious CEO (with money?) take over to "get 'er done"....

it appears more convincingly so now!

for the record you might tell that your two laywer friends are also invested in CBAY, so their opinion isn't an objective one.
on the other hand i have to say that they are respected posters on IHUB to say the least.
like i said just for the record ... no bashing , no pumping w'll see what happens next week.always two sides of the story.
