It's hard to say. The case was definitely dismissed. Oddly, though, it's still listed as active. Not enough information. At a guess, though, I'd say CBAY is out of it, one way or another. They may have settled privately, though if they did you may never find out.

Well the defendant in this case is CAl BAY... So if they were dismissed then thats great means only pawson is left in that one....


this is how it read looks as though the case was dismissed to me.... it does not say a defendant or plaintiff was dsmissed just judgement dismissed.....

for the record, i am no longer in CBAY (thats not to say i won't be if this starts running) but i am never sitting in anything more then a few days. NOW that being said....I never give a legal opinion based on what i am in or not in. I read what i was sent and that was, and still is, my opinion on it ....plain and simple. no pumping, no bashing.

Keep in mind that the request to the lawyer was a legal interpretation of a document and not a personal opinion of the company. We sure have those here who don't hesitiate to impune the integrity of Mr Rizvi and others whitout even knowing them or contacting them directly. Just an observation - RTB
