yes it was dismissed but it lists as voluntary dismissal, so cal bay might have settled with the parties and the case was voluntarily dismissed.

Well the defendant in this case is CAl BAY... So if they were dismissed then thats great means only pawson is left in that one....


this is how it read looks as though the case was dismissed to me.... it does not say a defendant or plaintiff was dsmissed just judgement dismissed.....
