Shares that are sold from the A/s and are not registered and would not be quoted in the O/S as they are are illegal!!! the MMs i believe are responsible of ensuring that they are not selling unregistered/illegal shares..... Now if they have they should have to cover em... So u see its easy... the legal o/s is the same 41mil... however there coudl be many shorted/illegal/unregistered shares out there... Im TALKING MANY!! (all imo)

The filing IS real showing the 41 million outstanding, but is there anything that would preclude them from INCREASING that five minutes later and keeping it a secret?

CBAY has a rich history of doing things "for show." For example, boasting about the low number of OS and value of assets and shareholder equity in a quarterly report, only to dilute the heck out of it behind everyone's back; and issuing PR's about how the FBI has been called in to investigate the short position. (lol).

The O/S is 41mil, the float 4mil. You'll notice that Rizvi bought 37mil then terminated Pawson. If he didn't have controlling interest he could not have terminated Pawson. Yet we have the 8k filings stating he did just that. Some believe that Rizvi is Pawson's puppet, you never know that may be true, but the action of termination is right there in front of the SEC. People get away with murder these days, but I can't believe that they would be so brazen to do it right in front of the SEC. It would be a form of deceiving the investing public. So in my mind the 41mil had to be the legal O/S in order for Rizvi to take over the company.

The problem is I don't know enough about getting shares out on the street. What's the difference between registered and unregistered shares? How do unregistered shares hit the street?

In any case I'm certain that Pawson put some of the A/S out there, and think that Rizvi bought 1.863bil unreported shares to clean this up right before the eyes of the SEC... hence the form 4 filings.

People can't believe that the volume is based on short sells. I agree, but believe that Rizvi took care of those shares that were not shorts. People still will find it hard to believe that there are so many shorts, and it still may be true as a portion of what we see is unregistered shares. In the end I think that even the biggest hopefuls will be shocked to how shorted this stock really is.

I choose #2. Also IMO, the 41M figure is a "copy and paste" from an old filing. roger was famous for using this tactic, especially when he couldn't get his required quarterly filings out on time.
