Shares that are sold from the A/s and are not registered and would not be quoted in the O/S as they are are illegal!!! the MMs i believe are responsible of ensuring that they are not selling unregistered/illegal shares..... Now if they have they should have to cover em... So u see its easy... the legal o/s is the same 41mil... however there coudl be many shorted/illegal/unregistered shares out there... Im TALKING MANY!! (all imo)
