The O/S is 41mil, the float 4mil. You'll notice that Rizvi bought 37mil then terminated Pawson. If he didn't have controlling interest he could not have terminated Pawson. Yet we have the 8k filings stating he did just that. Some believe that Rizvi is Pawson's puppet, you never know that may be true, but the action of termination is right there in front of the SEC. People get away with murder these days, but I can't believe that they would be so brazen to do it right in front of the SEC. It would be a form of deceiving the investing public. So in my mind the 41mil had to be the legal O/S in order for Rizvi to take over the company.

The problem is I don't know enough about getting shares out on the street. What's the difference between registered and unregistered shares? How do unregistered shares hit the street?

In any case I'm certain that Pawson put some of the A/S out there, and think that Rizvi bought 1.863bil unreported shares to clean this up right before the eyes of the SEC... hence the form 4 filings.

People can't believe that the volume is based on short sells. I agree, but believe that Rizvi took care of those shares that were not shorts. People still will find it hard to believe that there are so many shorts, and it still may be true as a portion of what we see is unregistered shares. In the end I think that even the biggest hopefuls will be shocked to how shorted this stock really is.
