I have trouble equating this suit with someone's perception that management doesn't have the experience to run the show.

As to hyping the stock to bail out, unless there has been some serious lying going on, I don't understand how anyone can see hype here. From everything unfolding the Intel statements were right on. The IBM PR was not inspiring.

But enough said. This will just play out. But I certainly wish that these firm could be countersued economically.

There was also insider buying. I also don't equate huge trading momentum that send the stock flying when everyone was looking for a quick buck...nor faulty press for causing an SEC investigation...nor do I equate faulty claims as an idication that management cannot build, test, and deploy ground-breaking technology.
