rachelise, it is the "winks and giggles" that are misleading, a Jury may have to decide if their was indeed wanton fraud. I am not close enough to this situation to take a stance one way or another.
Rachelelise...I hope that a counter suit is a serious possibility too. Would be fun bestowing legal havoc upon them. Perhaps that would inspire them to re-assess their allegations and contingency agreement.
