Hey, it could also means that Wave's management lacks the experience to run the show, or maybe they indeed were trying to hype the stock so as to afford a "bailout point" to their "friends" (and themselves?, thee was a lot of inside selling, making it "look and smell"" even worse) that supported them in dire times in the spring of last year.
