What agreements are you referring to? We know that the DLS acquisition was a bust but what else? Since it is fact that he,John Bell, wrote that Email, what is it he can now do about it? He's replies to some guy in a chat room then expects that there is now some expectation of privacy? Get real. As for his reply today,what would one expect him to say when confronted with it? It is fact that Peter did know well in advance that DLS was not going to happen yet failed to inform share holders in a timely manner while some one continued to sell into the expected news of it's close. Why is it integrity is now based on whether or not ones actions can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. No longer does it simply means right or wrong.
