It's 2020 in my new world I live on a boat looking forward and at my own life . it's hard to see how many years have past . its been overwhelming and in many ways good. Having put down many I obligations to sustain a belief and also test my words against the real world. One example I said. Tim gillisse was a friend even in death. What I saw in my opinion was when I could no longer sustain myself he put his hand in my shoulder and let me pier out his window at the beautiful family that had been achieved during the years of running the company. Later my wife claimed abuse and in court I put my right hand on my they and said yes under duress my hand was my position and behind it was a man trying to kill me. See I'm Peter and that person I did not know but it was like a cook at McDonald's with bad thoughts was it a mirror of myself as I worked at McDonald's also as my second job. The answer was no it was a system in place. So what does this mean. It means I was working for an objective but basically couldn't handle my past issues. And that collapsed our rxpc. It wasn't a wife it wasn't country it was people looking to say the grass is green on the other side and in this case it was not. For the powers that be last night basically tryed to seed anouther life by using divorce I said no. I believe my life was good and the issues that I could not handle were because some people were judging for power and my hope is today the judges are doing right for our country and religious beliefs I never discriminated who we did business with I should have screen them more carefully and I wish my loving ex wife a happy new life.

what i have learned seniors that have some stability can saveon their budget by going to canada and sourcing internationally. the bulk of theunder or uninsured not only live paycheck to paycheck but often use the black market or the streets to numb thier pain from serious health issues. my joirney since shutting down the company i will share with you as time goes on. the major industries are essential for delivery of prescription medications over regulation is a provlem the most important attribute retailers and distributors can offer is compassion as the struggle for insurance and need of life saving medication is upon the shoulders of the people and that takes communication. i too look to cost effective solutions for prescription medications its important.

How long have you been investing in pennies? The funny thing is guys like you complain about these start-ups and cry over their performance when if you took a look at the big boards, you would see a much bigger issue there. How many financial related companies have crashed and burned taking all or most of their shareholders money with them, even tho they were fully reporting and compliant with the big board regs? You continue to throw rocks at Mr Fiorillo even tho you know absolutely nothing about him, have never met him, and know absolutely nothing about his finances. You claim he took all the money and ran, would you please tell me how much cash he got away with??? I have been to his home on several occasions and will tell you this, if he has all the money you claim he has, he sure is hiding it well. No doubt mistakes have been made, but to be making the claims you continue to make just show your lack of knowledge about what you speak. Plans are in place to bring liquidity back to shareholders and he is working daily to fulfill his promise to his shareholders, that they will see a real opportunity for the dollars that were invested.

Maybe you don't understand too well but this is a PRIVATE company now. The stock hasn't traded for about a year but to say there are no plans and that it will never trade again is just plain foolish. You nor I have all the answers and to make a definitive statement about something you know absolutely NOTHING about just shows your IQ, or should I say lack thereof.

Nice to know that you are still around and keeping such a keen eye on RXPC Inc. Maybe if you want some answers you could contact the company? No one knows for sure what will come of this but we are still alive and deals are on the table. The economy is creating more and more demand for this type of service so time will tell.

Seems the engineer has been working on building up some steam and we should here the whistle blowing very soon. Looks like a brand new, fully reporting locomotive is heading right at little old RXPC Inc and we will be riding first class.

While some may wonder about what is going on, those that want to know should just contact the company. It is a private corp so no need to worry about being burdened with insider info. I still communicate with Mr Fiorillo and trust that he is doing what is best for the company. Orders are still being processed and anyone that had signed up can still access the site and order. Many opportunities in this market and I believe in the potential for all the investors going forward. In this economy and for the next several years, there will be a huge demand for our services. I gave him 10 days off because he posted the same attacks over and over. I don't see a need to post here but get tired of reading all the attacks that have been made. We, shareholders in the company, know that it currently is not trading. We know it is a non-reporting company(the same status as when it was trading). We know the negatives here and repeating them over and over is ridiculous.

I have reported what I know, from my family's success at ordering and saving on scrips filled by the company to efforts to get back to trading. When we trade again, the "worthless" paper will again have value and liquidity. At what price will be determined by the fundamentals disclosed by the company and the market. The fact that we are further along than at any point when we were trading is a major plus to me and I like our chances. Our economy is only going to drive more customers our way. There are also many other opportunities to grow this company and if things come together as planned, this could get very interesting going forward.

Maybe you could publish something like a newsletter every month or so, that way those of us interested in RXPC activities could be informed, on a regular basis, by someone with close ties to Peter.

Btw, I post what I see, like the state of the website. If you consider that looking for a fight, then it is allowed under iHub rules for a Premium board, for you to extinguish any source of opinions that run contrary to yours, you've banned one so far.

Stock, Nice to see you for Happy Hour, unfortunately I missed you. You might want to do some DD on Mr Bell before you try speaking for him. I called him and he spoke very highly of Mr Fiorillo. He said he understood what Peter was trying to do and how difficult the task was, that he wished the deal could have been completed. He also stated that he really respected Peter for his efforts and that he had made good on his commitments to DLS.

Please spin I mean tell us number one why or how the share structure got as high as a 180,000,000 shares in the first place. If memory serves me right those shares were issued for the purchase of DLS for which they were consider worthless by Mr.Bell. Since the money those shares represented could not be guaranteed the deal then failed. Oh I know toxic financing issues correct??/LMFAO on that reason. Believe me if someone had been willing to accept those shares Peter would have jumped on it at any cost regardless of the type of financing it may have been. In all fairness i will say that Peter is apparently in business. Of course as nothing more then a middle man i would have to assume anything he makes has to be minimal. Other wise he would most definatley be pimping that fact,i mean boasting the numbers. BTW,you have really stepped up the personal attacks lately so heres my question,can you ban yourself or because u do it it's alright??I made up my sig just for this board. Again, please deal with FACTS. When Peter took us private and merged RXProcessing into RXPC Inc., he was looking at a 106-1 ratio if memory serves me correctly. He then decided that he would make it an even 1-1, as all who have received their certs would know. I believe he did that just to keep people like yourself from trying to crucify him, although that hasn't worked as your posts prove. The idea behind the 106-1 was to have a very tight SS, not to dilute anyone to nothing as you keep trying to imply. It makes no difference if you have one share worth a $1.06 or 106 worth .01, and that is what he was looking at. By reducing shares you also reduce the amount of manipulation by MMs and other unscrupulous players.

As for me defending him, he is my friend. I know mistakes have been made, but that doesn't make him less of a friend. I value friendships more than MONEY. I understand what he has been through and where he wants to go, and I will support him and RXPC Inc. You have the right to do what you want, but your incessant ranting about his character and abilities is nothing more than sour grapes. The website is generating sales daily and the economy is going to continue to create customers. Many businesses fail, but RXPC Inc is still alive and swinging, and from what I see there is still a bright future.

Bliz, Regarding your pm the reason I am here is I along with a lot of people lost a lot of money on this one. Fine, can accept that. than Peter alias firesupport comes on here and tries to make it appear that he has done such a great job and things are great. He goes on in his typical long winded speeches, and I had enough. than Jr keeps defending him. We have a stock that can't be traded, and if it ever is, the people holding it are going to be severly diluted. No jr, don't know what the dilution will be, 100-1 has been thrown around, but it will be ugly for old sharehodlers. Go back and read some of firesupports old posts. He is a piece of work. Runs company to where people can't even trade there stock, than he had the balls to come on here and say what good things he has done. Wow. Woof.

Now you are saying there will be some dilution, which everyone with half a brain knows will happen. Hasn't Microsoft, Apple, and every other public stock ever traded been diluted at some point??? They are public for a reason bud, to raise capital and provide LIQUIDITY to investors. You have got to be kidding me??? Talked to some people who were notified that Peter hasn't been able to raise enough money. If that doesn't qualify as a lie, it sure is a twisting of the truth. HUGE difference between someone being NOTIFIED verses being kept up to date by a shareholder letter. The FACT is the money was raised as only $50k was needed to close on the shell and the rest was to be paid over time. You would rather throw stones than look for the truth. You accused Mr Fiorillo of massive dilution when his history shows the exact opposite. Attack all you want, The FACT is I am glad to know Mr Fiorillo, glad to be a part of this company as a shareholder, and am looking forward to the future with RXPC Inc.
