Stock, I think we all know how you feel about RXPC so I am not going to argue with you. Peter tried to get financing for the deal but it was all toxic and he thought the benefits of DLS didn't outweigh the damage that would be caused long term. John Bell said Peter lived up to paying for the option after the deadline was missed. He wasn't happy that it failed and that was when he wrote that email, BTW, it wasn't a post in a chat room as you suggested(you always seem to try and twist the facts in front of you). He told me that he has no problems working out the acquisition for DLS but this time it will be cash up front. That was the first time I ever spoke to John Bell and he struck me as an honest and no nonsense type of guy.

I also talked to Peter Matuch today for about an hour. He said he was surprised by John's comment but understood it from the standpoint they are competitors. Matuch didn't bash Peter but they obviously have some bad history. I am satisfied with my DD and I suggest everyone else do theirs.

Thank you and the rest of the board for some interesting statements. For the shareholders here I wish you all the best of luck. Please take in to consideration what everyone is saying and do not believe everything that is said by certain posters that you have put much faith in. There are certain reasons why certain people want you to believe that everything is more than all right when it isn't. Please don't respond to me as a basher or to do my DD. I just don't take everyone's word for fact especially ones that have been around for a long time as the stock still sits where it is praising that everything is just great!
