What’s really weird about all this is that if we plan on buying Toucan’s/Cognate’s/CRL’s/GI Partner’s old Toucan USA/UK/German facility resources back from GI Partners, avoiding needing to pay CRL/GI Partners 10 million dollars if May 21 comes and goes without approval, means GI Partners might pay CRL less than the 148 million or whatever it is for the facilities, making the value to buy it back from GI partners less. So one could argue May 22 is more like 20 million instead of 10 million.
