Negotiation timing does not involve only one player. However, I hope MHRA keeps to it 153 day general guidance for companies at this stage from the Nov 28 meeting, give or take a few days.
On the other side, hopefully NWBO understands a bird in hand is worth more than a bird plus one feather in the bush.
