Lest anyone here think we are not contemplating buying back those USA/Cognate/GI Partner facilities, might I remind you that to start from scratch would otherwise take several years if we plan on artisan production of L in USA.
What’s even stranger is GI Partners CRL signed the initial (old cognate UK/USA facilities) deal February 26, 2026, Vertex is moving out of Memphis to lonza facilities (elsewhere in USA and abroad), The GI Partner’s CRL CDMO deal closes right around now.
