Risk- How much do you think that the Plaintiffs have invested in the lawsuit? Actual $$$. We all know that they file lawsuits like this all the time. They then hope to settle, letting the companies insurance pay them. Heck, if they hit 1 out of 10 they are doing great. Of course the Shareholder still gets screwed. The bottom line, most of the time its a crap shoot for the SCUM BAG Attorneys. Like the reason you are always bashing GTEM, you are trying to make a living. IMHO.
