The plaintiffs themselves haven't invested a penny in the lawsuit. The "ambulance chasing" attorneys solicited lead plaintiffs in this action. The attorneys for the plaintiffs are eating the cost.
"Like the reason you are always bashing GTEM," I'm not bashing gtem. I'm keeping the "other" side of the fence on the front lines. Nothing I've ever said about gtem is a lie.
I don't make my living in gtem nor even stock trading. I don't have to do that, it's a hobby that I'm just good at and have made a very large sum of money doing it.
check out this story about Milberg Weiss (one of the firms in the GTEM suit). It seems their firm may go down in flames after being caught (allegedly) for paying enormous "kickbacks" to bogus shareholders willing to be lead plaintiff.
This story if fairly long, but, reads like a hollywood movie script.
