No, I didn't say that. I said "anything substantial". You can bet that the SEC will find something but it may be insignificant as far as the company is concerned. Dig hard enough in any companies books and you'll find a mistake or two or three.... but if the sec finds nothing significant or substantial then the suit is over. That's the strongest support the lawsuit has other than some supporting documents about routing inside sales. This suit depends now on the sec investigation but that's my opinon only with that matter.
