I believe folks are confused here.

Leal is gone from $GTVH.

He doesn't authorize ANYTHING for $GTVH shareholders, including payment of an $SNTX dividend.

Leal COULD pass a resolution at $SNTX to pay $SNTX shareholders a dividend.

That could be cash or additional $SNTX shares.

But the CEO of $SNTX doesn't authorize diddly-squat at $GTVH anymore.

So unless something has already been filed (I don't see any filing for a dividend here), folks should accept that Leal is done & gone.

End of story.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong - provide evidence of a dividend filing, or even examples where something like this occurred.

You are so missing the point. And I don't know if its intentional or you're just ignorant.  This was NEVER  meant to be a  beverage Company!  That is not why I invested here!  That is not why many here invested in it!  Leal took us for a ride and has left us with a crappy Bev company that will not make us money! It was all so that he could transfer money and business entities to his other company. And, yes, it is at the expense of the GTVH shareholders! If we get any benefit from the `sale` of the GTVH businesses I will be really surprised! Leal is a conman. Its so obvious!!
