You should look at this transaction as more of a spin-out of $GTVH assets to $SNTX in exchange for shares. This happens all the time, even in the higher exchanges. It’s not new and they PR’d the plan a few months ago.

remember he dumped 6 billion shares at 0003
over a million dollars went to some people who under steff the other ceo
they were not going to get any thing zero
and then leal promptly bailed out as soon as the share dumping was over
this was one of the most blatant in your face pump an dumps I have ever been in in the $OTC
they all the crew probably all bought in back in September august in the trips and then pumped it to 0036 and then bailed ?? that's why it dropped down back to the trips so fast after the share price high ? they all sold ??
