GTF, you have looked at the GTVH and the SNTX from an emotional perspective and not from a business one.
If the intention is for GTVH BEV business to take off, is the GTVH going to be Bev business AND electrical contracting company?
In the Venture cap world when you are trying to raise capital, your pitch will be "We the GTVH company is a BEV company and electrical contractor company?
FOCUS is the name of the game with any and all successful companies.
I totally get Javier's decision here and that's why I applaud his action.
To me, it's "incredibly stupid" for the GTVH to be a BEV company while also being an electrical contractor for MANY reasons.
I have zero interest to put out a case study to fully explain my point of view.
Let's continue.
What gets me VERY frustrated is when I hear posters say Javier has abandoned the GTVH.
It's truly unfortunate that these same posters have quickly not acknowledged that absent of Javier's involvement in the GTVH, the GTVH would be worthless with a zero future and the OS would likely be closer to 40 billion shares out when fully diluted.
Javier has done more for this shell than probably 90% of other PINK CEO's out there. IMO.
You have to think of the big picture and not the small one.
In situations like these, you should ask yourself has anything fundamentally changed with the GTVH's BEV business with Javier's departure from the GTVH?
The answer is NO. Javier has clearly set the solid and stable groundwork for the GTVH's BEV business to advance from here without his involvement.
Javier has also set the solid and stable groundwork for the new CEO to advance the GTVH to higher levels.
You and other posters have already complained that you are now GTVH BAGHOLDERS and so be it.
I have already stated in multiple posts my opinions about GTVH's potential future that also may include any SNTX dividends.
If Javier follows through with the SNTX purchase of GTVH's Deep South and GoldenEra and the GTVH shareholders receive a reasonable amount of SNTX dividends, at the end of the day, I think your dividend in the SNTX will be worth much more than your investment in the GTVH.
In order for you to have made millions from the GTVH, I venture to say the stock price would have been required to rise to multiple pennies or higher. That was never feasible for the GTVH unless there was a rollback given the billions of shares for the OS.
For example, even if you invested in the GTVH when the OS was 7 billion, at $.05, the market cap would have been $350 million, LOL!
So, don't blame Javier for any lost dreams. Your dream to make many millions from the GTVH was and is a fruitless dream.
But, I believe that if the GTVH shareholders receive SNTX dividends, then I believe your dream to significantly help out the less fortunate is still alive but at a different scale.
Good luck, GTF.
